The comments posted paint the picture of a company that is stealing from its customers. It does not have a service culture. It does not provide Canadian Contact information for problem resolution - even though India clearly does not have in depth information. It states that the Dell Financial Arm is separate from the sales arm, yet they are listed on the US SIte as subsidiaries. I spent six months of grief and frustration trying to return two 15" Studio laptops. When they were finally returned the six month payment grace period was up on the laptops they said they would not ship until the others arrived. They had knowledge of and used the Dell line of credit I had. They sent the wrong 17" laptops and would not allow nme to return them. So now I'm paying the interest on these things and own more than the initial purchase - they "finance it like a mortgage" according to one of their business people. So you pay the interest up front. It is a big ugly scam. I like their products but the comment section of the dell product line on RedFlagDeals indicate that my story is not an isolated one. Can Dell be removed from RFD for dishonesty? Are they compelled by RFD to maintain a level of customer saqtisfaction for continued listing? Does RFD protect its buyers - eBay didn't and they are in trouble.
