Hi there,
I was wondering if anyone knows of companies that put their employees on the 'front line' before working in the office.
For example, Telus new hires I believe work in the call centre before entering the office, and Starbucks office employees work as baristas initially to understand the in-store environment and job requirements.
Are there other companies that you know of that have similar practices?
Thanks - appreciate it!
