Weird story on citynews website

Ok, so I read this, and I figured, is the indecent act, picking up garbage and looking up her skirt?

Regardless, get this man off the streets, but boy, what a weird story.

A woman was seated at the back of the #38 Highland Creek bus around 5pm, when she spotted an odd man doing something equally strange.

He began picking up garbage from the floor of the vehicle, walking back and forth, until he finally got to where the victim was seated. She claims he made some kind of comment about her shoes, and then allegedly committed an indecent act.

ELAINE: Oh it be. (sarcastically) You got any other friends you want to set me up with?

(Kramer enters)

KRAMER: Hey. (to Elaine) Hey how was your date with Phil Titola?

ELAINE: (to Kramer) He took it out.

(Shocked, Kramer acts like he just got a cold shiver down his back)

KRAMER: Maybe uh, it needed some air. You know sometimes they need air, they can't breathe in there. It's in human.

The CP24 articles says he was last seen wearing khakis and a brown sweater. Wow, that is a lousy description, it's pretty obvious he's wearing a brown track jacket with stripes. He doesn't look 200 lbs with that pic (although it's not in great quality).

Maybe he was speaking engrish when he was talking about shoes.

I noticed in the Metro this morning that he did a little more than just take it out...

It's perverted behaviour, but it's not all that shocking...I've heard about this happening on the TTC a few times before.

Most people would entertain themselves with an ipodb or psp, but being an RFDer he decided to take the cheap way out and play with his joystick.

I might have seen this guy on my way to and from school. From what I've seen, he's pretty quiet, doesn't say much, but likes to clean up the bus, picking litter up off the floor, and into a bag he carries. He gets off at McCowan (going off memory) where he throws everything away into a proper receptacle. He doesn't cause trouble and people (including the driver) generally leave him to do his thing. He might have some mental issues going on, I think.

edit: Now that I've loaded the news article, it's definitely him that I saw. He's a regular on the 38 and 95... I never saw a knife, though.

Maybe his package is just really sharp, and she though it was a knife.

i've seen this guy pretty often on that bus first time was probably 3 years ago...hes always looking for garbage to recycle and puts it either in the trash can beside the bus driver if its small or takes it with him off the bus and dumps in the the 3hole bins...very diligent in his work too lol...his clothes usually are dirty because he crawls on the floor to pick stuff up under people, never heard anything outta him before.
he gets off at morning side and transfers south i believe, atleast he crosses the street to that bus stop anyways.
im not too sure but i doubt this guy is 200lbs lol...maybe 180? ...he has no gut but does fill up his shirt.

Tell her to describe it. And then when you meet the guy, tell him to show it to you so you can compare it to see if she was telling the truth.
