I'm currently doing Actuarial Science/Economics major at UofT, entering 4th year. I had to take 3 statistics courses as a requirement, and I'm finding myself getting better grades in statistics courses.. and I kinda enjoy it more than actuarial science courses.
I only need few more statistics courses to get a BSc in statistics, and I was wondering what the job prospects are like, within Canada. From what I heard, you must do a Masters+ in statistics to do anything worthwhile. I tried to search but couldn't get more info.. any comments are appreciated.
