if you are looking for a job at rogers the only way you can apply is online... even employees referring their family members have to refer people through their website.

+1

I'm currently going through that process, my brothers friend is referring me. This is for the Kitchener location.

Besides belittling the guy, when I applied to Rogers for a Marketing position, I searched extensively for their number but with no luck. So you can't follow up on the status of your application or anything.

To be honest, it is extremely hard to get a position here. Even if you feel that you have all of the qualifications and criteria, still its rare to ever get a call for an interview... Hell I never got one because I was unable to followup unlike the other jobs that I have applied to.

I think its a bad system on their part. Following up shows that you remain highly interested in the company and the position and in most cases, impresses the employer if you can get to the right person (HR Manager).
