Iphone 3Gs question- How long of a video can you shoot?

Hi guys, just a quick quesiton

A girl at the fido store stated that the video camera can only shoot 30 seconds of video- she was hot- so I didnt argue. But it does not make sence? if I have 16 gig shouldnt I record a continuous shot untill my memory is full?

LOL, well if she was hot.. Yeah that doesn't make sense especially when the lowest end 3G S comes with 16 GB.
