Search for my posts about this. I detailed it not too long ago.
It's fun.

If you just want to remove/replace the Rogers, IIRC that piece just snaps off. Be careful though.
If you want a complete Black Bezel, order the Tools/Kit to make things easier over at cnn.cn, there's another site but I can't remember.
Some say, you can easily remove the White Tape that covers the Screw but I couldn't bother, not worried about the warranty.
I have to say the most difficult part is taking off the two Battery Charging Connectors. Other than that, take your time and watch the DIY video several times before you start.
There's a user over at BlackBerry Forums that will do this, search. I was going to but I couldn't leave my Bold and wanted to try it.

Is it better working on a (linty) tissue as opposed to the wood desk? Or is it for the sake of the screen? :cheesygri

There's no trick just be patient, take your time.
I find using the Battery Cover to place the Torx Screws better than a tissue. LOL

I do all of my delicate work on a microfibre cloth. It helps prevent anything being scratched. I ordered the black bezel with the sexy brown snakeskin battery cover and blue ball last week from cnn.cn. Hope it arrives by the end of this week and I can start tackling the replacement. It only took 2 weeks for me to drop my bold and scratch up the bezel. :D

Got my bezel today from cnn.cn and changed the OEM one. It was easier than I expected. All the buttons go on the bezel itself. It all came apart rather easily.

Hey I scatched my OEM plate and would like to replace it. If you have a mint one with no scatches, send me a PM.
I know Cnn sells one, but i want a 100% oem one.

No, you have to remove everything including the Mute/Standby, even the microSDHC Door and Cover Latch. Don't forget the Mesh Speakers, I did. LOL :(
These only go one way, so you can't mess things up.
