Plus, if you use your HBC MC you get an extra 15,000 points.

Today is the last day for this price. There were about 3 left (all black) at the Zellers on St. Laurent.

Called two zellers in my area currrently (visiting Victoria, BC), lady said onsale for 46.97 (maybe misread the "9"). She says it only comes in Black. I wanted a white one, but may pick this one up anyways.

Is it so bad if the pitcher is plastic? Aren't the blender pitchers they use at bars and smoothie places plastic too. It may be that special polycarbonate (?) plastic, that is dishwasher safe and doesn't fog up.

According to the KA website it comes in white, red and black. Maybe Zellers only carries black. You could see if Home Outfitters has the other colours and get them to price match as this is a flyer item (see page 2): http://hbc.ca.flyerservices.com/cached_Banner_pages/publication.aspx

As for the blender itself, it says that the "CHOP ICE setting is designed specifically for crushing ice without additional liquid and will automatically pulse at staggered intervals for optimal results"

The pitcher is polycarbonite.

Does anyone that have this know if it crushes ice really well? I love smoothies and can't find a good ice crusher.
