Does anyone know if it is possible to get a tracking number for purchases from Rogers ?
Ordered an iPhone and would like to check it out if possible.

Yes, just call them and they will give you a tracking number.

Guess I should have added that I was trying to find it on rogers.com .. but a quick phone call and they told me that no tracking number was assigned yet.

That's because shipments go out from the Toronto warehouse so it would take longer for you.

First batch of shipments will go out Monday so call back then.

The CSR told me to call 1-800-704-2474 on Monday to get the tracking number. I think that's the fulfillment department that actually sends out the phones.

If you use you phone number as an reference number on the site with ur postal code you can track it too.

Sometimes yes but they don't always put the phone number as the reference.

Just called in and they gave me my tracking number ... does not work on the ups.ca site as yet.

They said I would get an email but when I called in I had them confirm that there was no email on the account.

If you use you phone number as an reference number on the site with ur postal code you can track it too.

I was always mesmerized by how they got this linked up. Very innovative.

he does anyone know if you can put a hold for rogers to ship out the iphone?

They told me 3-5 business days but on wed I will be out of the country for 2 weeks. Plus there won't be anyone to answer the door. Anyone know what will happen in this situation? can UPS just hold it or ask for rogers to delay the shipment?
