Telus, any cheap way to go from Diamond to Touch pro?

When I got the Diamond once it came out, I signed a 3 year plan. We are LONG time telus customers though.
I kind of want the Touch Pro mostly due to the external memory slot.

Is there anyway I can convince telus to let me pay a small fee to swap to a touch pro??

You may want to wait just a bit. Diamond2 and Touch Pro2 (both with SD Card slot) are already out in Europe and will be available in Canada/U.S. within the next 2 months. Both are superior to previous models in terms of features/ construction quality and will include free upgrade to Win Mobile 6.5. I am certain both Telus/Bell will carry these to compete with iPhone.
