So I'm sick and tired of Bell. I'm thinking of switching to Rogers. I really dont want to pay out some stupid $400 fee I think it is. My orginal plan is about 4 years old but I believe I renewed it back in Sept 2007 got a Moto Q... I then bought out a HTC touch outright.. I have a bunch of questions

1. Since I renewed Sept 2007 which I believe was after the $400 fee (up from $200) Do I Pay $400 or $200, I except $200 but its worth asking.

2. I could pass my phone off to my eldest son, since he's on a Rogers Pay as you go plan. Only thing is he uses alot of txting and my current Bell contract is the follow

$35 a month all taxes in

6pm calling
100 day time min
100 ld cdn min a month
Vm,Caller ID, Call Display
500 txt msgs
Unlimited Data

If I Pass this off to my son, he takes my Phone number and I would like to take it with me to rogers, but I can see how with out paying out my contract

3. I was a rogers customer about 10 years ago, I'm sure that dont matter now adays. But Here's what I would like

6pm calling
300-400 day time min
VM,Caller ID, Call Display
500 or txt msgs
2gigs or so of data.
I might look at the my 5 plan or, since I really spend most of my calls to, home, my wife , son and best friend.

I was hoping not to spend more then $50 tax in. not sure if this is a realistic price.

4. Whats peoples opinion of the iphone $99 version, vs like a black berry. I dont keep appointments, I like to be able to play music, surf the web, txt, and make phone calls lol.

Thanks in Advance

Winky

Hmm to be honest, you'll be treated as a new customer. So you get offered the crap, lol.

I had internet with Rogers 6-7 years ago... and well, just came back recently. No deals were offered to me... just paying the regular consumer prices.
