Is this a Good Program For Construction Management?(Its in George Brown College)

Its called the Bachelors of Applied Technology Degree- Construction Science and Management.
It seems like an interesting program becuase its the first in ontario to offer a Degree in Construction Science and Management and what will be the difference between this and a engineering Degree?
