I just realize my charge card doesn't have a limit. Does anyone know if a car dealershp will accept my amex?
I'm looking to charge about 30,000+ on this card.

Unlikely ... IMO .. unless you are buying a $100,000+ car ...
Dealerships usually put a cap on the deposit/cc payment. Usually around $2,000 - $3,000 max.
In addition, the Amex fees charge back to dealer usually in the range of 3.5% range, therefore, your $3,000 deposit will actually cost the dealership about $100 or so.

Yes, they will as long as you pay extra 3 or 4% for their cost by charge you amex.

It does not have a set limit, but that does not mean it will authorize a $30K transaction. They determine the limit as you go, so theoretically, any transaction could get denied if they think they do not want to give you any more credit.

everybody is right, Dealer will not allow you to charge anything over $5k to a credit card as they get dinged with a service charge.
I just bought a car so thats how I know.

How about using the Credit card to buy the money order from the bank and use the money order to pay for the car?
I am looking for schemes in maximizing my credit card to take advantage on points.
or another scheme I have is take out line of credit and use the credit card to pay off my line of credit.
Any personal bankers here that can help solving the questions above?
Thanks in advance

Usually cash advances/transfers don't qualify for points. You will need a legitimate purchase to get points. It might also represent a greater risk to the dealer by putting the entire car purchase on a card which is also part of the reason why they limit the amount you can charge to the downpayment.
