Hello folks,
Here is a brain teaser for anyone who can help me figure this out: is their ANYWAY for me to get an Apple gift card using PC points? Do they sell gift cards for OTHER stores that sell gift cards so that I could eventually end up with an Apple gift card. I know they sell iTunes gift cards, but they can't be used/exchanged for Apple cards.

I don't think you can, unless you use your PC Points to get something like Future Shop gift certificates, and then sell those to someone else for cash.

i'm not 100% sure about this but I think any Loblaws group of company stores do sell something apple in terms of gift cards/vouchers. It is also possible to redeem pc points at POS towards purchase of said gift card/voucher

Buy PC gift cards, sell them at $0.99 on the dollar, and use the cash toward whatever you want.

I thought that anything you get from Apple you can get from Futureshop.

The only "Apple" related cards Lowlaws stores only sell are iTunes cards, which are useless for mechandise. Regarding Futureshop/Best Buy cards, they don't sell specific Macintosh hardware that you buy on Apple's online store. This is my problem. >:(

What is the specific hardware you are trying to buy?
So far the best option seems to be buying some other kind of GC and selling it for a little less than face value.

I know Zerhs sells a wide ranges of gift cards. I'm not sure if Apple Gift cards are included in that, however I know FS cards are. You *might* be able to get a FS gift card and pick up Apple giftcard from FS. Before you attempt that make sure you contact FS and find out if you can purcahse an Apple giftcard with a FS giftcard.

I was at Loblaws (Zehrs) today. I checked the gift cards because of this thread, and they had only the iTunes but not the Apple Store.

It's so odd that Apple would have two different gift cards. That sounds like such a MS thing to do.

About a year ago, I was trying to find an apple gift card and couldn't. I don't know if it's changed, but I believe the only gift cards you can buy are for iTunes.

if you have a lot of points just buy an xbox or a ps3 at lowblaws with your points then go back and return it and they will give you cash, they don't credit you back the points
take the cash and then buy an apple gift card and then make your purchase at apple...or you could just use the cash :cheesygri
