I'd say it's pretty good...$2,173 off MSRP
MSRP $37,150.00
Freight and Delivery $1,440.00
Federal Excise Tax - Air Conditioning $100.00
Tax For Fuel Conservation $75.00
SUBTOTAL for Finance/Cash $38,765.00
vs 36,592 = $2,173
Better question is whether you need 7 seats & the extra space vs. a V6 AWD Venza w/ premium package
MSRP $37,150 vs $33,440 (Venza Prem Pkg) or $36,755 (Venza Touring Pkg, i.e. leather, push button start, HID headlights, etc)
I think featureswise, the vehicles are about the same (i.e. power driver's seat, 6CD, ; you'll get a panoramic roof w/ the Venza with the prem or touring pkg though :)

you're right, tried them both. Venza doesnt have enough headroom for me. Also need the third row real bad.
