Those who have life insurance with Sunlife please lend me a hand if you can. I already called the bank and got the format I should be looking for. The account should start with either LI or AV followed by an 8 digit number.
My account number is slightly different, shows up as LI-R494,303-8. If I enter LIR4943038 that would not be accepted.
