Reputable ESL institutions

I have some family friends that want their kids to spend their summer in Canada learning English. They are ages 12-17 and all are boys.

Does anyone know a reputable ESL institution in downtown Toronto or GTA that will also provide ESL for these students along with accomodation?

I found a few they range in 3000-4000, and on top of that the institution is promising me 25 % commision/child. I'm really not into the commission just want to help help these kids out..
