Title Transfer - Condo

Does anyone knows how much does it cost to remove one owner from 3 owners for a condo property?
Any real state lawyer recommendation?
Will this trigger land transfer tax?
Any other ideas to go about solving this issue.

Here are details...

1) The condo is currently owned by 3 owners including myself.
2) It used to be my primary residence for 6 years untill OCT 2006.
3) Myself and wife purchased a new property in oct 2006 and moved on.
4) Now, I want to remove my name from the ownership of the condo.
5) The condo does not have any mortgage and is the primary residence of my brother and mother.
6) No transaction (No money will exchange) is involved in me removing my name from ownership

Depends on the province. In Alberta here I printed forms from the internet, filled them out and did it myself.

If I remember correctly it cost $200 and some dollar amount on every thousand dollars. Your provincial gov should have info on webpage.

You can save yourself a legal bill.
