I;m on EI now. For the stocks I buy and sell during the week, do I have to declare it as income or money I've recieved on my EI reports if I made money?

If your buying and selling is normally treated as capital gains and losses then no.
Look at What we mean by "earnings" on the Service Canada site at http://www.servicecanada.gc.ca/eng/ei/information/earnings_info.shtml
Earnings are considered income arising from or as a consequence of employment. If your gains are capital then they are investment gains and do not affect EI. If you claim your investment gains as income, you are running a business and must report your net weekly gains.

However, depending on how much you make you may have to repay some of your EI when you file your tax return.
