Hey guys..I was interested in finding out about power of sales. I am interested in acquiring a property through this manner and am wondering what are things that I should be worried about.


I`m just wondering what are things that I should be looking for so I don`t get into legal issues later on.

usually most power of sales are legit.. just get your agent to find you some.. if you need one...PM me

what to look out for?.. well.. the odd time, maybe the previous owners were pissed off and took it out on the house.. other things.. was it a grow op?

Other than that... there isn't really much to look for.. most POS are usually "As is where is" condition
