Good dentist for Seniors in Toronto

Can anyone recommend a good quality dentist who offers discounted rates for seniors or people who don't have insurance coverage through a health/dental plan?

I've already looked into the UofT clinic and there seems to be a huge waiting queue for city subsidized clinics.
