Seneca college is ********, I am serious. I say this with a certain amount of comical outlook, however given my experiences, I think the facade of the college itself appears to give an air of superiority to what the actual teacher + student experience actually is.
I have heard that Humber is a bit more easy going in many different aspects. Not only that, I have visited the campus twice during hours of actual classes and it seemed to me more grounded, easy going, less cliquey and more open in many aspect. I do believe Humber is widely regarded as a premier college and it does have a good reputation. Seneca has a good reputation but in truth the teaching-student experience quality lacks in many aspects, and I can provide clear examples not just personal but from others as well.

If you want to be "taught" by unqualified people who can't find steady employment in their, supposed, field of expertise, go to Seneca College.
If you want to be taught by deluded know-it-alls, and don't mind having to deal with a bureaucracy that comprised mostly of disorganized temp workers and inflexible supervisors who hate their jobs, go the Humber.

It really depends on the program, however for the most part I do believe that Humber has a slightly better reputaton than Seneca overall. However it does depend on the program for sure, there are some programs that are better at Seneca and are actually tough. However I do believe Humber has a notch higher in terms of rep.
You need to know your program though, collleges are like this when it comes to programs.
