Seems like a great deal, I much prefer the zune to the iPod. Battery life is less but sound quality with some quality headphones is much better.

Really? That's what you would do with a time machine? Honestly, it's so frustrating reading these posts about past deals. First of all, the deal is expired. Second, how do you know that the iPod Touch deal will be honored? I personally think the OP did a good job, and these are the best prices NOW. So keep up the good work, OP:). Some of us actually appreciate your effort.

This is a very nice deal though. I'm looking at the 8gb - don't know that I'd need the full 16gb as I don't really use these for much more than music. Thanks for the heads up OP.

there's tonnes of rumours, but none that are founded. Supposedly the new zune will have touch screen, the zune pad, cellphone, run on windows mobile 7, and that microsoft will remove the zune lineup.
For $99, a zune 8gb is a great deal. Now if only we can get the zune120 for less than $225 with av pack

I think he was being sarcastic, referencing the inevitable flood of posts by people who would claim the iPod Touch deal was better, despite being dead.
Good deal here though, and not a YMMV price error...
