The call quality is excellent and they have very good customer service. Most of my minutes have been purchased through the BOGO offers they have had. The last one they had was in November 2008.

I agree good call quality.
has anyone tried to send fax through this service? It is mentioned on their web FAQ. but I was not able to go past their language selection menu in my office fax, may be because they have the same access no for fax and voice.
Also waiting for them to come up with their local access no which will probably have lower rate as they done in US and UK. Reliance global call has also done that in Canada. waiting for competition to catchup.

A few questions for people who have signed up for this or have been using this service:
1) Are the prices in USD or CAD?
2) Is there an expiry on the balance....I mean do we have use up the minutes before a certain date.
3) Any connection fees or any other charges?
I am so tempted to try this service as the price per minute would be 3.5 cents...which is cheaper compared to Reliance or comwave or any other clling service to India.

1. prices are in CAD and USD depending on the website. trueroots.ca is the canadian site.
2. Balance expiry in 1 year. if you recharge during this period, expiry date is reset to another 1 year.
3. No hidden fees. Just like reliance but cheap.
