I just read the specs and it has got to be the worst gps system. imo
-no bluetooth
-no tts
-no ac adapter
-no audio/video play back
-no extra memory card expasion slots
And its refurbished. oh yeah and the original price was $129.99 so only $30 off
Rather just go to dx and get one for $90

guys i said its seems ok for $100 didn't say it was good....the good one is the one they had on sale last time for 249...i managed to get one...the nuvi 755t...was an amazing deal! i managed to get the 765t instead of the 755t as FS oversold and successfully proccessed my order when they later found out they werent getting anymore they shipped me a 765t trying to show they have good customer relations

IIRC, WM had the TTO 3rd ed. for $100 on BD/W, new of course

so $100 for a refurb is no deal at all IMO

Aren't Tiger Direct's normal prices in line with this so called "deal"? Look at what $99 can get you there: http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=4486427&Sku=M775-0110%20RB

This is probably the millionth time I bashed a TT LOL

Poor specs doesn't mean squat...GPS should point you from point A to B and I know my TT One doesn't do a good job in this most basic aspect. Oh, it has BT but it still doesn't see my phone.

I received the Xbox 360 pro edition for 169.99 with kungfu panda and lego indiana jones on boxing day from FS with free shipping. I was having a real hard time ordering from their site so they gave me like a 20% discount after I spoke to their manager

A couple of points about the TT1, 3rd; I own one.

Like all GPS, its not fool proof, it sometimes makes bonehead decisions. However, it is the best I've seen at remapping routes when you take wrong/alternate turns. It just takes a couple of seconds.

You can hack it to include TTS using VocalizerTTS.

There is NO SD card, so you're stuck with a 1GB internal memory.

It connects to your PC using mini USB. I have a mini USB power adapter which I use to plug it into the wall, so really, the lack of included power adapter is not a big deal. With a SHORT battery life (2-3 hrs), it will pretty much always be plugged in in your car anyway.

GPSQuickfix is a great feature that speeds up satellite acquisition from over a minute to under 15 seconds.

I bought mine new 2 years ago for around 130, so I don't think this deal is awesome for a refurb.
