okay, what are they up to now? they should stop making stupid marketing and shut it down as the one in the US because they won't be able to survive against their competitor: stpales, FS, BB...

Stands for other things too, depending on how much experience you've had with them.
I definitely think one of the Cs should stand for "cheap" (quality-wise).
Check out today's CB for a typical example.

Imo its not even worth $200 cause it uses dvds and that old.

The huge problem with DVD camcorders is that once you fill your DVD you have to finalise it. If the slightest thing goes wrong you end up with an inaccessible, useless plastic disc, and all those precious memories you recorded are lost forever. For this reason I would NEVER go with DVD. Better to go with any of the other recording media types, including tape, then transfer your recordings over to standard DVDs afterward.

Your money, your choice. I just hope you won't regret it.
Make sure you're not buying a demo though. TSCC has been trying to move a lot of junk lately.

Yes, make sure you know what you're getting into. The product description clearly says "In-Store Demo product with full Manufacturer's Warranty". Makes the deal pretty cold for me.

the skull candy products are rather average in quality. i recommend avoiding them if you want performance over looks.

I went ahead and purchased this DVD camcorder and it arrived without a power cord. I called the store and they said they aren't responsible and that there would be a 15% restocking fee if I bring it back. Then he hung up on me... I wasn't rude in the slightest
now i just wish i hadn;t thrown away a box full of useless cords a while back because i think i may have had one of these.
