I'm looking for a meat place in Markham or Scarborough where I can buy pre-seasoned meat, so I can just throw it on my BBQ without much prep work.

Thanks

Costco has some decent pre-seasoned meats

Also check on Main St. Markham, at the Village Grocer.

There is always Longos too.

Meat that is pre-seasoned is usually drier, good for slow-cooking cuts like brisket, hams, ribs, pulled-pork, etc.

Steaks that are pre-seasoned lose a lot of moisture- u can just throw some Clubhouse spices on a good cut of meat just before BBQing and it will work out fine.

Costco,
Longos, Michael-Angelos - if you don't mind price
There is also a butcher-shoppe on Hwy48, north of Hwy 7, forgot the name....

any half decent cut needs not be preseasoned....just add sea salt at the point of cooking.

Or just regular salt.
I cook in my oven and add salt, pepper and sometimes garlic powder or real garlic.

If you want some places in Etobicoke or Mississauga, I have some of those

Markham sucks

It's worth the drive, the butcher shop is the best!
