Below is an email I sent to Quiznos' Corporate office:  So hopefully others won't fall for this.

Hello,

I'd like to make a complaint in regards to this order I made online tonight.

The order took a little longer compared to what the local pizza place would take to deliver to my home.

Also, as it shows in the order online - the kids were to get the fruitopia drinks with their meal.

The drinks were never delivered and I have called the store #XXXX right away to tell them of the missing drinks.

They told me that they don't deliver fountain drinks - only bottled ones - so I said fine.. have someone bring it over then.. and was told that it would be an additional $2.09 charge.

I said forget it then.

I am not happy with how this order was done - drinks should have come with the meal delivery or not as it shows on the receipt.

My family and I eat at Quiznos many times a month - but after this - I'm having second thoughts in going to Quiznos.

Thanks

am I the only one that thinks the "torpedo's" are actually pretty damn good for $4? the quizno's by my house loads them up pretty good... maybe the teenage employees are doing it wrong or dont care, cause they're a good size for 4 bucks

Quizno's delivery service is pretty new iirc, so they have alot to work on. For starters I think they should dispose of the paper box packaging, it seems so wasteful. Also, the Quizno's near my home doesn't seem to read special requests. I asked for containers of honey mustard, jalapeno and hot peppers but they didn't bother.

personally I find torpedo's to be even overpriced at $4.

My problem with them is you get less toppings. I can understand getting less meat but why do they put just lettuce in the italian? Does it really cost that much more for olives, and onions?

Did you pay for the drinks?

If so, don't stop until you get a refund+.

If they didnt charge you, not much else you can do.

My problem with their delivery is the delivery charge regardless of cost of the order. Because of it, I have never bothered to order from them. I do like their subs, but I can't justify paying for delivery when so many other places will deliver for free.
