Hi Everyone,
Just wondering about any tips on buying an environmentally friendly mattress in the Toronto area. Any ideas?
So far, my best find is Keetsa. They are new to the area, and have the best prices BY FAR! But wondering if anyone has anything to ad to my quest? Or has had any experience with Keetsa.
Finding a mattress that is healthy and has a small impact on the environment is tougher than I'd thought!
Any help would be great.
Thanks,
Paul a.k.a e_cool

Hey Paul,
I went through the same hell trying to find a great mattress that was safe and affordable. I finally fell upon Keetsa (found them online) and went in to check it out. I loved everything about my experience with them. Kate who helped me at the store was so helpful! They do free delivery to anywhere in the GTA, and they even set it up for me and everything!
So far, I love my Keetsa mattress. I paid $799 for my Queen size, and it is a mid range mattress. I'm sleeping like a baby!
It was a totally pressure free sales environment, and really relaxed, which was so refreshing compared to some of the other places I'd been.
The huge selling feature for me was the 20 year warranty, that you get regardless of what you put it on. No boxspring needed, and I just threw mine on my Ikea frame.
Basically, great store, great staff, great prices and great product.
Hope that helps.
You can also check out Essentia, if it's in your budget...was totally out of my budget, but they have a wonderful product too!
Take care,
Jaime

Hey again Paul,
Forgot to mention, I posted a review about my experience with Keetsa on yelp.ca... and you can check out what other people are saying about Keetsa Eco-Friendly matresses on there.
