This is a good place. Great food and service.
During these promotions they do this weird tip thing...

I ordered the two for one 3 course meal for $29.99.
When the bill arrived there was the cost of the meals $29.99 + tax + a $9.00 "service charge".

Bill came up to $42 for 2 people. No drinks, food only.
So they usually include tips as if it were two.

I've gone to 5th Element for their specials before - service was decent - not fantastic and not bad - although the manager or owner? came out towards the end to ask how everything was.

Food was pretty good - definitely a good value for what they are charging.
