Hi guys.
Quite a few stores in Little India in Toronto sell bulk cashews with some sort of seasoning on them (almost like a lime and pepper seasoning). Does anyone know how I can make that at home? Just like for the seasoning on the corn, the shopkeepers will never tell you what's in it (understandably).
