Alright...I need some help figuring out how to do this.

I have a chunk of land...it's about 300m by 80m in size....it's uneven....muddy...dirt....crappy land...old wreckage and bricks n stuff.it's surrounded by an impenetrable 12 ft high wire fence....and highways...

A) I want to plant some flowers on here...I am thinking wild flowers as I need them to be tough and can't really properly 'plant' them... What sort of flowers would you suggest for this? Daisey's? How much would it take to cover this area of land...both in volume and cost...It's in Alberta..

B) Also...since I won't be able to really gain access to said land....how would I deliver these seeds appropriately? Just toss em through the fence...? I am thinking waterballon cannons....or maybe remote control helicopter/plane dusters....or maybe a zipline strung across...Should I do this when it's raining to maximize potential growth?
