Outdoor receiver box with "W" logo???

My neighbor recently installed a gray colour box on his backyard. I never saw such a thing before. It is grey color, about 1'x1', with a letter "W" logo on the right-bottom of the box. It may be somekind of satellite dish but I never see this shape before. As my neighbor is weird guy I am just paranoid of what he's doing. Anyone has an idea what that is?

Perhaps it's an antenna of sorts for OTA HD.

Try taking a picture of it...blur out the background so we can see the unit only and then perhaps someone might recognize it.
