Hey guys,

This has probably been posted before, but I tried the deivery service and it really takes all the value out of the sandwiches. Because they're toasted, they get soggy, and they cost too much with delivery and the "delivery menu"

Not something I would try again, how about you guys?

I was going to one day, but when I saw they charged for delivery regardless of amount spent, I decided against it and just got pizza.

LOL believe it or not, that same reasoning kept me from trying it. I get more bang for my buck ordering pizza at the same price...clearly quizno's marketing people suck!

Exactly! I can order a pizza, and delivery is free. I can order chinese food, and delivery is free. Why the hell should I pay for delivery if I am ordering a decent amount? If they aren't gunna deliver free, someone else will, and they will get my business. I totally get gas costing money. I understand paying the driver. I top the delivery guy. I don't mind if they have "Delivery free on orders over $X" either. Even if it is over $20, I will order over $20 just for the free delivery. But it feels like I am paying for no tangible gain if I am just paying for delivery. If I am buying $20 of food, it feels like I am paying $20 for food. If I am paying $15 for food and $3 for delivery, why wouldn't I go somewhere else and just pay for $18 of food, and they throw in delivery free.

But then again, we are RFDers, so it makes sense to us. :cheesygri

There is not much in the way of free delivery in Ottawa period
