First let me say I am new to the forum and I look forward to learning and sharing.
I am trying to decide if I should upgrade the 10 year of hot water heater for a condensing water heater and my questions are:
1) tankless condensing vs condensing regular (tank) which is better?
2) renting or owning is there a case renting?
3) what are the key features to watch for in tankless if I need to maintain 3 showers possibly 2 running at the same time?
4) What are the top 3 picks ( Brands) and associated cost for tankless and regular again both are condensing.
5) what are typical instillation costs if I have a power vent?
6) which is better internal or external vent?
