What's the deal with Rogers linking TalentVision and Great Wall pkg. I just spoke with the a customer rep like 2 weeks ago and he put GW pkg in for me no problem.. none of this linking with TV channel ****.

I mean one would think if you're linking channels and pkgs.. why don't you just put them into one pkg. It's the stupidest thing from Rogers. And when I asked.. the rep told me it's a regulation imposed by the CRTC. Now I really confused and pissed... WTF?!?!

Anybody what the hell is this linking business all about??? and how can I make a complaint on Rogers. After this deal.. I'd like to make a formal complaint. :mad::mad:

You're incorrect if you believe you've previously subscribed to the Great Wall package without Talentvision. Plus, Talentvision is available individually for $9.95 because some people don't want the enormous Great Wall package at $19.95. You want less choice?

TalentVision and Great Wall is two different packages. Great Wall is a pkg ($20) with 8 channels.. while TalentVision is a separate channel ($9.95). So no.. TalentVision didn't come with Great Wall. They linked it.. so I have pay both Great Wall and TalentVision ($29.95). Which is why I'm pissed off.
