I'm looking for 2.1 speakers for my TV. Anybody know any good ones for about $100-$200? I'm using logitech z2300 for my PC and they're great but would like something different.

going from z-2300 to another set of speakers is tough. Unless you're looking for bose companion. let the bose haters come in. Their not bad when cranked.

Bose Companion 3 Series II Multimedia Speaker System is nice.

Different meaning something other then the z2300. I've used it for my TV and it was nice but I'm using it now for my PC now. And yes, it will be connected directly to the TV.

Edifier S330D. Great 2.1 speakers. They have them at NCIX, but you can probably price match for cheaper. They're around $100.
They also look beautiful and can take a digital input as well as RCA input.
They have excellent sound!
They're about 1 1/2 X the size shown in the picture below.

$91.99 at Compu2000 is the lowest price you'll find.

+1 on the Edifier especially since they have optical in. Much better quality than Bose or Logitech.
