Is it possible for me to exchange 2 same games and another game towards a trade in ?

e.g. If I get SOCOM from EB for $40, keep the headphone and return the game with another copy of SOCOM (already have it) and another game for T3G1F?

i.e. 2 copies of SOCOM and one other game?

You can't trade in duplicate titles for the Trade 3 Get 1 Free promotion. It has to be 3 different games.

Yeah, but i think they still have the Trade 2 pay 19.99 or something dont they? If you have games which qualify for that you can use the 2 different ones, and the duplicate for 15 and then just pay the 4.99 difference which isnt bad

a while back (last year ~ summer), i remember i traded in two identical games (two worlds i think) + fear files for the 360 and i was able to use this for the T3G1F;
so in short, YMMV
