Has anybody used the service from http://www.bestpriceexpress.ca? Any comments? I have been hearing a lot of radio ads from them recently. I'm in the market for a new audi or infiniti, and I would prefer a hassle free experience, even if it costs a hundred or two more.

Looks like a standard auto broker that charges you a fixed price upfront. You might be better served by a broker that works on a smaller commission since you don't know what the final price will be without paying the service fee.

what are the pros/cons for going through a broker versus negotiating directly with the dealership?
