Vex Hard Lemonade "Cabin Party" Contest

PRIZE
One (1) VEX Cabin Party Prize Package (the “Prize”) will be awarded, consisting of: Three (3) day, two (2) night weekend accommodations (and based on double bedroom occupancy) in a cabin(s) or cottage(s) for the winner and up to ten (10) guests. The number of cabins or cottages required to accommodate the group of up to eleven (11) people will be based on the accommodations available for a specific location (the accommodations and location to be determined by the Sponsor’s Designated Agent and within approximately 200 km. of the winner’s residence). The winner will be responsible for his or her own transportation and the transportation of his or her guests to and from their residences and the cabin(s) and or cottage(s), for bringing their own bedding, linens, cutlery, dishes, towels, meals and beverages. Approximate retail value of the Prize is up to $5,000 (Can.), depending upon the location of the cabin(s) or cottage(s). If the cost of the location of the cabin(s) or cottage(s) is less than $5,000 (Can.), the winner shall forfeit the difference between the cost of the cabin(s) or cottage(s) and $5,000 (Can.).
The winner and guests must all have reached the legal age to purchase liquor products in their province or territory of residency. The Prize is subject to availability, peak season restrictions and some blackout periods may apply. To receive the Prize, arrangements must be made by November 2, 2009 (at the sole discretion of the Sponsor) with the Sponsor’s Designated Agent, and the Prize must be taken on a weekend between December 1, 2009 and December 1, 2010. Once the reservation has been confirmed for the cabin(s) or cottage(s), no changes will be permitted, and a cancellation will render the Prize null and void. Inability of the qualifying winner or the winner’s Designated Guests to accept any portion of the Prize shall result in the winner foregoing without compensation the portion of the Prize which cannot be taken as provided. The winner and each Designated Guest may be required to sign a waiver form from the cabin or cottage company.
