Integrated video - enable again

Hi:

I had installed a new video card and disabled by integrated on-board video and enabled only the new video card. I forgot how I did it and would appreciate it if someone can advise me how to enable my integrated onboard video on again as I believe my (new) video card is causing streaming videos to stutter and I would like to check what is causing it.

The setting is in the BIOS, but just removing the discreet video card will usually make the integrated video start working.

When you turn on your computer and post screen comes up, it will say like to enter setup press DEL or F12 or something like that.
