Subaru's Rust protection

Hi,

So I purchased a 09' WRX and they are offering me the rust protection pkg.
My question is it better then KROWN and all the other companies that offer rust protection??

Should I just use someone else besides Subaru?

Krown is the best.

Do not get the dealer rustproofing, it is marked up ~500%.

Unless they're charging you $150 with life time warranty, it's not really worth it to do it through the dealership.

the rust protection they probably take it to someone else to do anyways (ie: Krown) so no, not worth it... get it done on your own...

Even the so-called "lifetime warranty" usually has a lot of strings attached. It's pretty hard to get them to approve any work even if you did go through the dealer.
