I'm spending my morning picking up my phone and telling people that it's the wrong number :lol:
Although I do feel sorry for whoever placed the ad, it's business they could be getting.

Call the real company and say give me $3-5 for every customer I bring you. Collect the customer names and phone numbers and tell them a service rep will call you shortly. Make some money and the real company still gets business, and the customers still get served.

People do it on kijiji all the time. When there is a low priced product that really seems to be legit with a local deal, its usually a phone number of someone who knows nothing about the ad.
