Car amp + sub

Hello,

I've been shopping around for a sub/amp for my car and came across to this combo today:

with the 30% discount running this weekend it would bring the price down to $399 before tax.
I mainly listen to alternative rock music / some house music. I'm wondering if this would be a good setup/price or can I do better.

I'm not an expert in car audio, but I really don't see how that amp is going to power 2 12" subs without overheating.

Personally, I would stay away from FS/BB crap. Your better off buying used, since you can get really good stuff for cheap.

any suggestion on which model to get on similar price range ? (~$400)
