On Saturday April 11 starting at 8:00am -4:00pm there will be a car wash @ Neighbors Petro-Canada in Milton. The intersection is at Thompson and Derry. It is a fundraiser for a local youth center called The Deck.
The Deck receives funds mainly from donations and this year has been tough for everyone including this youth center. So for only $10.00 :-0 you can get your car washed!, not only is it NOT being hand washed it will be washed by the actual CarWash from Petro-Canada. We will also be selling Easter Flowers. All proceeds will go to pay for salaries,cost for keeping the center open, new equipment for the kids to use so that The Deck can continue to function and be an outreach to the the youth of today. :D
