Here is a link to a coupon for a $9.99 oil change at one of CAA's new car care centres in Ontario. Decent deal if you live in the area of one of these centres.

BTW, anyone know of a place I can switch back to summer tires for cheap? The summer tires already have rims on.

BTW, anyone know of a place I can switch back to summer tires for cheap? The summer tires already have rims on.

alan from SimplyTire has a thread on change overs....$30 i believe for what you need...do a search.

I know a place that does it cheap. they are located in the dundas bathurst area of downtown Toronto. BacK Alley Customs is the name of the place. I do not remember the guys name but they have good prices (647) 428 7518 is the number give them a call

For those who know this area, this used to be the old Goodyear Tire place and is right next to the Tim Hortons.

For $9.99 you have to wonder what quality of oil and filter they are using. Heck, if I go to Walmart and get the CHEAPEST items for my car, it costs more then $9.99.

Thanks, did a search. Would never have come across it as I don't frequent the BST forums. With so many fellow RFDers backing this place, I'll definitely be booking an appointment there!

that is crazy.

i usually change my oil myself but for $10. wow
my filter cost's more than that.

CAA has started Car Care Centre in Westhill, Scarborough & Peterborough. Deal is you get $9.99 oil change till Jul 17, 2009.

The coupon does not say anything about being a CAA member to get the $9.99 price . The coupon is located on their public site as well - not a member site. So, I would think it's for everyone.

how did you get your winter tires on? why not go back to that place..

better yet, buy a jack with stands and do it yourself - it's a piece of cake..

I really question the quality of the oil change they do for this price. The Scarborough place is literally less than 1 minute from my house!!!! However, I got a 2009 and I'm not risking it by saving $20 :razz:

Walmart - $5 + tax per tire.
