Ok, so someone killed MSN.....

while trying to access my blog I get this:
We can't show you that page
Our server is having a problem. We're working to fix it as soon as we can, so try again in a few minutes.

Trying to log into my email, it says I don't have an email account and asks me to make a new one.

You don't have an inbox...yet
-_-"" Don't tell me I don't have an inbox because clearly I do!

I blame google. It happened right after I watched that Google Latitude video

But I can still use MSN and I watched that video, in fact lemme check my email...

The .NET Passport or Windows Live ID you are signed into is not supported. Please set up a free email account.

Well some other people on my list didn't watch that video and had the same error.

It's a coincidence. Must be. Google is not trying to take over MSN... right?

Had this problem for the WHOLE day yesterday. I googled everything. Are you guys getting error code 80048820?

If so, the only fix that ended up working for me (despite trying a MILLLION other ones), was to open up IE>>>Tools>>>Internet Options>>>Advanced>>HTTP 1.1 Settings. And make sure ONLY "Use HTTP 1.1 through proxy connections" is checked. (In other words, make sure Use HTTP 1.1 box is UNCHECKED).

Let me know if it helps.

Did as you suggested and voila.
Not sure as to why i had the problem in the first place.
Did not do anything to it to make changes.
Never-the-less,you solved my problem.

I had a similiar problem several months ago.
In the end i deleted everything with MSN Messenger and started over from scratch.
That worked for me then.
Till i had my other problem and doing what "jewl" suggested and that solved it.

same thing for me..also with teksavvy and getting the 80048820. my windows live mail doesnt seem to want to login either.

found a fix today randomly..i went to control panel and repaired windows live signin assistant for WLM, and the windows live sync for mail...and it worked.

weirdly after 2 signins or so, or a reboot, it doesnt work again and i have to go repair it again. at least the repairing seems to work o_O

Also with Teksavvy and MSN doesn't work. However, if I use a neighbour's unsecured connection *cough* Rogers, it does work.

So I got the message at the top of my Windows Live Messenger thing that asks me if I want to update to the latest version. I did, and now I can't sign in at all. After I enter my login info, it does the signing in thing, but then it just goes right back to the login page. Anyone able to help? I've done the uninstall then reinstall thing but it didn't work.

Not sure if anyone has asked this before but what ways are there to get on msn at work? My company blocks certain sites, so I cannot download the program and use it at work. However, I was using webmessenger up until today when it stopped working. E-messenger is blocked. Any other options or am I out of luck?

The only thing I can do with hotmail is log into my inbox.
I can't delete anything, can't go to sent box or deleted box or junk file.
Can't send emails either.
