Street sign problem

I'm just wondering who would I contact about an issue of the street sign. A lot of people complain about how it is impossible to find my street. The problem is that the sign is placed in some corner, which makes it really hard to find -- faulty designing lol

ANyways, who should I contact?? I live in mississauga by the way.
