LF: Garage that does a lot of alloy wheels, balancing - GTA

Can anyone recommend a shop that does a lot of work on alloy wheels, with garage to do wheel balancing.

Had the wheels balanced by dealer but still not quite right. I was told that the problem is with the after-market wheels & shims (hub centric rings a la Yankee parlance).

I was hoping that there are shops in GTA that's experienced with this and have choices of rings to choose from and can do a good job balancing the wheels.
