Hey, I don't even remember making an account here lol... Anyways. I had a sudden interest in the Street Fighter story and comics when SFIV came out. The comics are done by UDON Entertainment right now. http://www.capcomcomics.com
The first couple of series have been collected and made into graphic novels. SF Volume 1-4 and SF Legends: Sakura. Volumes 1-3 are hard to find now unless you want to pay $100+ on eBay for them. Volume 4 (http://www.amazon.ca/Street-Fighter-4-Bonus-Stage/dp/1897376006/ref=sr_1_25?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1239349946&sr=8-25) and SF Legends: Sakura (http://www.amazon.ca/Street-Fighter-Legends-1-Sakura/dp/0978138643/ref=sr_1_6?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1239349788&sr=8-6) are still available on amazon.ca though. Volume 1 has been made into an animated comic DVD (http://www.amazon.ca/Street-Fighter-Round-One-Fight/dp/B001F42PPI/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=dvd&qid=1239350080&sr=8-1) which was released recently. Here is a preview (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_xDamwlii5E). Hopefully we'll see volume 2 and 3 in DVD form soon. I mean, it's not the same as having the comic to hold in your hand. But you'll know the story.

There are several new series being done right now by UDON Entertainment. Street Fighter II Turbo, SF Legends: Chun-Li and the Street Fighter IV comic. SF2 Turbo has been going on since August 2008. SF Turbo is the SF2 story I guess. SF Legends Chun-Li is the origin of Chun-Li. SFIV is the SFIV story but more in-depth than the in-game cutscenes and was released the same time as SFIV the game. These should be easy to find at the moment. They release 2 comics a month I think. They alternate between the three series. Also note that there are alternate covers for all of them. Don't make the same mistake as me! I bought both covers for SF Legends because they were labeled 1A and 1B. I figured that 1B was continuing from 1A but nope! It's the exact same comic but with different covers.
The first issue of SF2 Turbo is free to read online here (http://comics.ign.com/articles/931/931503p1.html).

Just find a comic book shop in your area and you should be able to find the new ones easily. $3.95 USD each. They should use the current exchange rate and charge you the right amount in CND. If you're having trouble finding one in your area - What I did was I went to http://www.freecomicbookday.com and entered my postal code in the shop locator. My logic was that if they participate in free comic book day then they're probably big enough to carry the SF comics! I'm so smrt.
I don't know much about the magna's. There's something like the SF Legends thing for Sakura. And a SF2 storyline,a SF3 story and one for the Alpha series as well. The art doesn't look as good as the comics and it's all black and white. I found them easily at my local comic book retailer. Previews for these are here (http://www.udonentertainment.com/previews/?c=5).
Also just for fun there's this really old, really bad Street fighter comic. (http://www.destructoid.com/malibu-s-street-fighter-comic-is-absolutely-terrible-72646.phtml)
